General Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or any disciplines from reputable University with min. GPA 3.00
- 2 – 3 years experience in marketing research or other related industries
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
- Proficiency in computers, particularly in spreadsheet
- Experience in market research and data analysis, candidates from reputable marketing research is preferable
- Possess Planning and organizing capabilities
- Strong analytical and statistic skill

General Requirements :
- Ph. D or MS in plant biotechnology, plant breeding, agronomy, or biology related majors, or B.Sc.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Capability to work in a multitasking environment and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Presentation skills
- Good interpersonal communication and negotiating skills
- Must be available to travels as required
- Experience in the Indonesian government agencies or government relations field is an advantage

General Requirements :
- M.SC. with 5 years experience/Ph.D. or equivalent in genetics, plant breeding, or related field
- Research experience in product development
- Capable of working complex quantities of data and analyses
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to operate in a fast-paced team environment focused and delivering concrete results
