Plenish™ high oleic soy oil, made from high oleic soybean varieties developed by Pioneer, offers nutritional benefits with broader applications than other available soybean oil products.

• Many segments of the food industry have turned to low linolenic soybean oil and other non-soy oil options in recent years. This transformation is largely driven by food companies’ desire to eliminate partial hydrogenation, a process that lengthens the shelf life of packaged foods but, unfortunately, produces unhealthy trans fats.
• High oleic soy oil offers the most attractive trans fat solution to the food industry.
