Daniel (Dan) Jacobi, Vice President and Chief Legal Officer

Dan Jacobi is vice president and Chief Legal Officer with responsibility for the Pioneer Global Legal function. He also serves on the Pioneer Management Team, is the Pioneer Chief Compliance Officer, and is the reporting officer for Pioneer's Community Investment team.
Dan joined the Pioneer Corporate Legal Department in 1997. Over the years, his areas of responsibility have included human resources, risk management, real estate management, and the Africa, Southeast Asia, and China business groups.
A native of New York, Dan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and his juris doctorate degree from Drake University in Des Moines. He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association.
In support of his community, Dan volunteers his time as a board member at Living History Farms. In 2002, Dan served as co-chair of the Pioneer Employee United Way Campaign Committee and is co-chair of the 2005 NAACP Freedom Fund Banquet.
