Doyle Karr, Director, Pioneer Communications

Doyle Karr is Communications Director for Pioneer Hi-Bred and Public Affairs Leader for the DuPont Ag & Nutrition Platform.

Doyle directs strategic communications programs including leadership communications, employee communications, media relations and issues management. He also leads public affairs activities for DuPont food market segment and its biotech acceptance efforts.

Doyle is a member of the Pioneer Leadership Team; Agriculture and Nutrition Leadership Team; and the DuPont Business Public Affairs and Media Relations Team. He represents Pioneer and DuPont in a number of industry communications initiatives.

Doyle started his career at Pioneer in 1989 in Marketing Communications for its North America operations. He held a number of different communications roles before taking his current assignment in 2004.

Prior to joining Pioneer he was a journalist in Illinois and Iowa. Doyle earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois in Journalism and Agriculture.
