As vice president, Pioneer Human Resources, Franci is accountable for all elements of the Human Resources function for the global Pioneer business and is a member of the Pioneer Management Committee.

In addition to her Pioneer Human Resources responsibilities, Franci is the HR platform lead for Ag and Nutrition and serves as the platform representative to the DuPont corporate HR leadership team.

Franci joined Pioneer in 2004 with an extensive background in human resources. She has held senior level positions in management and organizational development, change management, succession planning, strategy, and integration as well as international assignments.

Prior to joining Pioneer, Franci has worked with Cummins Engine Company, Miller Brewing Company, TDS Telecom, Principal Financial Group and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

Franci holds a master's degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University, is a Senior Human Resources professional (SPHR) and has her Global Professional Human Resources (GPHR) certification.

Outside of Pioneer, Franci is the Agribusiness representative on the National Council of Ag Education board of directors, Hospice of Central Iowa board of directors and is the United Way of Central Iowa's Women's Leadership Connection committee chair.
