The Producer Service Center (PSC) serves a variety of risk management areas within Pioneer.

• The PSC is the Contracting Agent with the seed growers at Pioneer production plants.
• The PSC operates GrainDesk, which handles all of Pioneer’s internal hedge functions, and establishes Pioneer Price for each production plant. The GrainDesk also executes Early and Extended Rider Contracts with growers.
• The PSC is the marketing agent for discard grain and cobs.
• Market analysts within the PSC provide market analysis for a number of Pioneer printed and on-line publications, including Innovator, GrowingPoint^® magazine, Pioneer ProGrower^® newsletter, Selling Your Yields^® newsletter, and the Pioneer GrowingPoint® website .
• The PSC offers a variety of presentations for all sizes of audiences that range from general market outlook and discussions to all day sessions that provide hands-on marketing education to seed growers.
• Through the PHI Insurance Services, Inc., agency, the PSC provides crop insurance for dryland corn seed growers.
• The PHI Insurance Services, Inc., agency is one of the largest crop insurance agencies in the U.S. The agency provides services to those Pioneer Seed Representatives who have chosen to also sell crop insurance products.
