Can Variable Hybrid Planting Improve Corn Yield on High pH Soils?

The Pioneer Crop Management Research Awards (CMRA) Program provides funds for agronomic and precision farming studies by university and USDA cooperators throughout North America. This Crop Insights provides the findings of a completed CMRA project that provides new information on the potential benefits of using variable seeding strategies to overcome high soil pH conditions commonly found in the western Corn Belt.
