Managing Volunteer Corn in Corn Fields

Increased demand for corn grain has resulted in greater frequency of corn following corn and consequently, more questions on controlling volunteer corn in corn. University research studies were conducted in 2007 to determine corn yield loss associated with volunteer corn. Data from these studies were used in this article to generate predictions of corn yield loss according to volunteer corn density.
