Our detasseling crew leaders play a key role in the production of Pioneer hybrid corn. Detasseling is an important step in this process. As a crew leader, you'll manage, motivate, and monitor the progress of your detasseling team.

As a crew leader, you can expect to make good money if you are organized, like spending time outdoors, enjoy working with teenagers, can keep your team motivated, and provide a safe working environment for everyone.
