GreenLeaf Genetics LLC was formed by Syngenta in 2004 to serve as a new source of a broad range of elite genetics and biotechnology traits for independent seed companies. It licenses these products to foundation seed houses and individual seed companies. More than 100 seed companies are currently licensing genetics and traits from GreenLeaf Genetics.
