Pioneer offers an environment that nurtures growth. You'll gain important business skills such as organization and team building. Working with a specific business unit within Pioneer, you can focus your responsibilities around your interests. You'll meet top management and experts in their field.
During your internship, you'll complete a significant project where you'll make independent decisions, provide solutions and support the business unit's goals. You'll present your project summary to other interns, Pioneer employees and university faculty at the conclusion of your internship.
Pioneer internships are typically three months, six months or nine months, however there may be the opportunity for an extension depending upon the area. The interns typically start in either January or May depending upon academic schedules and opportunities available.
Most of the internships require the applicant to be currently enrolled in college courses or a recent graduate. The degree requirements vary per internship although a high number of the internships are available to students majoring in Agronomy, Plant Physiology, Plant Pathology, Genetics or a related field.

Applicants with excellent communications skills, ability to pay attention to details and follow instructions closely are preferred.
