Payment Options Available to Deferred Payment Customers

PHI Financial Services Canada Limited offers Deferred Payment customers several payment options that provide flexibility, convenience, security and timeliness. These options include:

  • Online Banking – Internet Bill Pay
  • Electronic Online Payment
  • Payment By Phone
  • Payment By Mail

Listed below are details for each option.

Online Banking – Internet Bill Pay

Contact your financial institution for online availability

  • Look for PHI Financial Services Canada Limited as payee on bank’s website
  • Use Business Partner ID for your account number

Business partner ID can be found on all DP Loan Correspondence or Pioneer invoices.

Electronic Online Payment

Save time with confidential online access to your Deferred Payment Loan. By accessing your account you can:

  • View current loan history
  • View loan transaction activity
  • View Pioneer® product transactions
  • Submit an electronic payment

Paying online is easy, secure, convenient, timely (next business day) and there’s no charge! The ability to schedule payment before the December 1 due date for deposit on that date, relieves you of worrying about mail time and lessens the risk of penalties including increased interest rates or loss of early discounts.

Follow these steps:

  • Click the Log In or Create Account in the upper right hand corner of the site.
  • Click on “Deferred Payment Loans”.
  • Click on “Make a Payment”.

So log in, check your account and make payments easy and less challenging plus schedule them ahead of time and eliminate worrying about paying late!

Payment By Phone

You can make an electronic payment by phone day or night without talking to a customer service representative. The automated Deferred Payment Information Line allows you to enter an electronic payment on your loan at your convenience and it is available 24/7.

Follow these steps:

  • Call 1-800-256-5944
  • Choose option #1
  • Enter Business Partner ID
  • Enter last 4 digits of phone number

A confirmation of your phone authorized payment will be mailed to you for your records.

Payment By Mail

If you wish to make your payment by cheque via mail, your statement includes a payment coupon that needs to be detached and sent with your payment.

Also, if you have misplaced your payment coupon you can sign in, access your account information and print a coupon if you are a registered user. Your Pioneer sales representative can also assist you in printing a payment coupon to send with your cheque.
